Why me?

I am always asked what my personal guarantees for success are. Therefore, I briefly outline them below.

I am different from “normal” coaches on some points and it is important that you can also identify with this behaviour:

Passion

When passion and profession are joined up, this guarantees real fervour. And I put this fervour into every mandate!

I work independently. This gives me the freedom to approach a mandate completely flexibly. I am mobile and also happy to work abroad.

Having honest, personal discussions with you is the prerequisite and foundation for success. However, this mutual openness requires absolute discretion and confidentiality – which I guarantee!

Today, I can look back on over 15 years of experience in executive coaching. My clients include CEOs, managing directors or executive teams in Zurich, France, Germany, Spain, South Africa, America, Canada, Japan, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. (See also references)
Nonetheless, I start every coaching process individually. This is because I do not proceed according to a standard formula. It should be tailor-made for each client.
My wealth of experience is continually increasing and therefore enriches every individual assignment.

The combination of being an executive consultant and people manager forms the optimal basis to advise you in a holistic and practical way.

Empathy and an understanding of human nature are two of the most important success factors in my profession and help to break down barriers. It is extremely important to me not to work with a warning finger – but rather to promote the positive attitude of every individual and thereby contribute to visible improvements.
However, this does not mean that I am the “anointed” coach and advisor, quite the opposite in fact. I can and must also be demanding and very direct on certain points! This mixture is my guarantee for success and is very popular with my clients!
